What You'll Own


Hot-Side Operations

You'll lead proteins, starches, vegetables, sauces, soups, and hot hors d'oeuvres. Flavor, presentation, portioning, and quality are yours to protect—every shift, every order.


Production Management

Daily prep lists, catering order accuracy, on-time execution, and correct packing of all hot food items. Large-scale production is the norm here, not the exception.


Team Standards

You'll hold the kitchen to a high standard—accountability, professionalism, and teamwork are non-negotiable. The team looks to you to set the pace.


Food Safety & Sanitation

A clean, organized kitchen is a safe and efficient kitchen. You'll monitor equipment, report issues immediately, and keep operations running without disruption.


Inventory & Cost Control

You'll assist with ordering, receiving, rotation, and storage, while keeping a close eye on food usage, waste reduction, and portion discipline to support profitability.


Menu Development

Recipe testing, seasonal menu creation, and contributing ideas that keep the program sharp and evolving.


What We're Looking For

  • Proven hot-side experience in catering, hotel banquets, or high-volume foodservice
  • Strong production management skills and the ability to lead under pressure
  • A sharp eye for consistency, quality, and cost awareness
  • A team-first mentality with the leadership presence to hold the kitchen accountable
