Position Overview

We’re seeking a driven, hands‑on General Manager or Assistant General Manager to lead our Concord, CA location. This role oversees daily operations, ensuring smooth execution, strong team performance, and consistent results in a high‑volume environment. Salary: $70,000 annually


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations to ensure consistent execution, food quality, and exceptional guest service
  • Develop, coach, and motivate teams to uphold high standards and drive performance
  • Oversee service flow, speed, and accuracy during peak periods in a high‑volume setting
  • Maintain Whole Foods partnership standards for cleanliness, safety, and brand alignment
  • Manage labor, scheduling, and inventory to support business goals and cost control
  • Build a positive, collaborative culture that supports retention and team growth
  • Support sales growth through strong operations, hospitality, and guest engagement
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies

What We’re Looking For

  • Leadership experience in elevated casual dining
  • Burger experience strongly preferred
  • Experience managing $2M+ annual sales volume
  • Must live within 20–25 minutes of Concord (no relocation)
  • Open to strong AGMs with tenure in high‑volume concepts who are ready to step into GM responsibilities
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and team‑building skills
  • A positive, energetic leadership style and a genuine passion for hospitality
