What We're Looking For

We are seeking a Front of House Manager for a large full-service restaurant and bar in Anchorage, AK. The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader with a passion for guest service, team development, and operational excellence. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint
• Hire, train, coach, and develop service team members to maintain high performance and guest satisfaction
• Manage labor scheduling and staffing levels in alignment with business demands and budget goals
• Monitor service standards, guest feedback, and operational execution to ensure consistency and excellence
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and ongoing coaching to drive team engagement and accountability
• Partner with culinary and leadership teams to ensure seamless communication and execution between front and back of house
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, health regulations, and safety standards
• Assist with inventory controls, ordering, and management of front-of-house supplies
• Drive sales initiatives and support efforts to increase guest counts, repeat business, and overall revenue
• Participate in management meetings and collaborate on strategies to improve operations, guest satisfaction, and financial performance
• Support the execution of private events, banquets, and large-scale functions to ensure a flawless guest experience
