An award-winning, chef-driven restaurant group is seeking a General Manager for a new elevated restaurant concept in Philadelphia, PA. This location blends refined hospitality, innovative cuisine, and a vibrant bar program to deliver an unforgettable guest experience in the heart of Philadelphia, PA.

As General Manager, you will lead all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, driving revenue, culture, and consistency. We’re looking for a proven leader who thrives in high-volume, polished-casual to fine-dining environments and knows how to build teams that execute at a Michelin-level of service without the pretense.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Culture: Recruit, train, and develop a best-in-class team. Set the standard for hospitality and hold all staff accountable to it.
• Operations: Own P&L, labor, COGS, and scheduling. Ensure flawless service, sanitation, and compliance daily.
• Guest Experience: Be present on the floor during peak periods. Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with grace and urgency.
• Financial Performance: Drive top-line sales through community engagement, private dining, and repeat business. Control costs without compromising quality.
• Brand Stewardship: Partner with the culinary and beverage teams to execute seasonal menus, wine dinners, and special events that define our Philadelphia, PA concept.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a General Manager or AGM in high-volume, upscale restaurants; fine-dining experience preferred
• Strong financial acumen: You know your numbers and can teach them
• Proven ability to build culture and reduce turnover
• Wine/spirits knowledge; ServSafe Manager and TIPS/RAMP certified
• Availability nights, weekends, and holidays — you set the tone for the team
• Deep knowledge of the Philadelphia, PA dining scene and guest expectations

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $90k-$110k
