Are you an experienced Restaurant General Manager who enjoys leading a great team, creating an outstanding guest experience, and running a successful restaurant?

We're looking for a General Manager to lead an established, full-service casual dining restaurant in Joplin, MO.

This is an opportunity to join a growing, multi-location restaurant group with a focus on quality food, genuine hospitality, and developing strong leaders.

We're looking for a hands-on GM who knows how to build a winning team, drive sales, manage profitability, and create an environment where both guests and employees want to return.

Compensation & Opportunity

• $70,000–$75,000 base salary, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Lead all daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a strong management and hourly team
• Drive sales through exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Manage restaurant financial performance, including P&L, food costs, labor, and controllable expenses
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
• Build a positive, accountable team culture focused on employee development and retention
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, staffing, and daily operating procedures
• Work closely with company leadership to achieve restaurant performance goals

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, including General Manager experience
• Strong background in full-service or casual dining restaurant operations
• Proven ability to lead managers and hourly employees in a busy restaurant
• Experience managing restaurant P&L, labor costs, food costs, and profitability
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• A hands-on leadership style with a genuine passion for hospitality
• Ability to maintain high standards while creating a positive team environment
