Hotel General Manager

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Hotel General Manager to lead the operations of a beautiful, 160+ room select-service hotel featuring a modern bar and lounge.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $95,000 – $105,000
• Bonus Plan: Up to 25% annual bonus potential
• Retirement: 401(k) retirement plan

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train a high-performing department head and hourly associate team.
• Set up operational systems, order inventory, and ensure the property is fully prepared for a seamless launch.
• Manage all aspects of daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, engineering, and the food & beverage/bar outlet.
• Drive financial success by managing the property’s P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and labor costs.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and motivating work environment that prioritizes associate retention and development.
• Ensure strict compliance with brand standards, quality assurance, and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Maintain high visibility with guests and local community partners to drive brand loyalty and local market share.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hotel leadership experience, with at least 2 years actively serving in a General Manager role.
• Brand Expertise: Strong familiarity with major global hotel brands. Hilton experience is highly preferred.
• Leadership Style: A hands-on, proactive leader who excels in team building, guest relations, and local sales support.
• Financial Acumen: Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze P&L statements, and optimize operational profitability.
