We are hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead a signature seed-to-table dining concept unlike anything else in luxury hospitality. This is built around a working greenhouse, artisan bakery, goat dairy and creamery, curated wine program, and a restaurant that turns the ranch's own harvest into the guest experience. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced operator who understands both the discipline of fine dining and the complexity of running a multi-faceted food and beverage operation.

Job Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in restaurant management, food and beverage direction, or general management within a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
• Multi-operation experience required — whether managing multiple outlets, overseeing rooms and F&B simultaneously, or running restaurant operations alongside sizeable event programs
• Demonstrated fine dining experience at a high-volume or high-touch level
• Evidence of sustained financial success in prior leadership roles — a minimum of 3+ years in top positions is required (earlier career roles may be shorter)
• Strong command of P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, and inventory controls
• Must possess a personal vehicle and a 7-year driving history with a clean record
• Comfort with a rural, remote Wyoming lifestyle and the seasonal rhythms of ranch operations

Job Responsibilities:

As the Restaurant General Manager in Saratoga, WY, you will:

• Provide day-to-day operational leadership for the restaurant, wine program, and related food and beverage outlets
• Own full financial performance of the operation — driving profitability through disciplined budgeting, forecasting, and labor and inventory management
• Lead sourcing and menu execution in partnership with the property's greenhouse, dairy, and bakery programs to deliver a true farm-to-table dining experience
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing front and back-of-house team, building a culture of accountability and craftsmanship
• Monitor key performance indicators tied to profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency, continuously elevating standards to match the property's luxury positioning
• Serve as a visible leader and ambassador for the restaurant, building strong relationships with guests, ownership, and local producers
