We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of the premier dining venues within a world-class luxury hospitality environment. This leadership role is ideal for an energetic, hands-on professional who thrives in high-volume operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and inspiring leader who is passionate about developing people, elevating service standards, and driving operational excellence. The role requires oversight of daily operations, financial performance, team development, and guest satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide visible, hands-on leadership throughout daily restaurant operations.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing front-of-house leadership team.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail.
- Drive operational excellence while maintaining luxury service standards.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue, improve profitability, and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage labor, scheduling, forecasting, budgets, and departmental financial performance.
- Partner closely with culinary and hotel leadership to ensure seamless operations.
- Analyze operational and financial metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, innovation, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, liquor, and company standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience.
- At least three years of management experience in a high-volume luxury hotel or upscale fine dining environment.
- Proven success leading large teams while developing future leaders.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor costs, forecasting, and profit and loss statements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on in daily operations.
- Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Experience with POS systems, scheduling, forecasting, and Microsoft Office preferred.
