Restaurant Manager – Fast Casual Restaurant
$55,000–$65,000 | 5-Day Workweek | Excellent Benefits
A successful, family-operated restaurant group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for its established fast-casual restaurant in Overland Park, Kansas.

The Restaurant Manager will lead daily restaurant operations, develop team members, maintain high standards, and help drive the financial performance of the location.
Responsibilities
• Lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations during assigned shifts
• Supervise hourly team members across food preparation, service, cashier, dining room, delivery, and catering functions
• Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop restaurant employees
• Maintain excellent food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Monitor labor costs, food costs, inventory, waste, and operating expenses
• Assist with ordering, receiving, inventory counts, and product rotation
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operating standards
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and create a welcoming restaurant environment
• Provide clear expectations, consistent feedback, recognition, and accountability
• Support catering execution and high-volume restaurant operations
• Help build a positive culture that improves employee engagement and retention
Qualifications
• At least two years of restaurant management experience
• Fast-casual, quick-service, family dining, or high-volume restaurant experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills
• Experience managing labor, food costs, inventory, scheduling, and daily operations
• Ability to work alongside the team and lead by example
• Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation requirements
• ServSafe certification or the ability to obtain certification
• Flexible availability, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A positive, dependable, and solutions-oriented leadership style
