We're searching for an energetic, hospitality-driven Assistant General Manager to join a growing, scratch-kitchen brunch concept in beautiful Miramar Beach, FL.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on restaurant leader who loves great food, genuine hospitality, and building strong teams. You'll work alongside the General Manager to lead daily operations, develop your team, and create the kind of guest experience that keeps people coming back.

What You'll Do

• Lead from the floor and create an exceptional guest experience
• Coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing restaurant team
• Support hiring, training, scheduling, and employee retention
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
• Assist with labor, inventory, and cost controls
• Help drive restaurant performance while protecting a fun, people-first culture
• Step in wherever needed—you won't be leading from an office

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Full-service restaurant experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and team-development skills
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• A hands-on, guest-first leadership style
• Solid understanding of labor, food costs, scheduling, and restaurant operations
• Positive energy and the ability to build a strong team culture
• Availability for weekends and holidays as business needs require
