Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall operations of a high-volume full-service restaurant with a sports and entertainment component
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence during peak periods, game days, and high-energy shifts
• Coach and develop front-of-house and back-of-house team members to deliver consistent, high-energy service
• Ensure food quality, speed of service, and a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
• Manage daily operations, including labor, inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and cost control
• Build and maintain a positive, high-energy team culture that balances hard work with enjoyment
• Handle guest recovery and foster loyalty in a busy sports-oriented environment
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and company standards while supporting continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, Kitchen Manager, or Front-of-House Manager in a high-volume full-service restaurant (sports bar, casual dining, or similar concept preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with sports and entertainment elements
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-development skills
• Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, labor management, cost controls, and guest experience
• High energy, positive attitude, and the ability to create a fun yet professional atmosphere
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and high-volume periods, including major sporting events
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead by example on the floor during peak times
