We're a growing quick-service group looking for a District Manager to lead 6-8 locations. This isn't a hands-off oversight role. You'll be developing General Managers into real leaders, building bench strength at every level, and setting the pace for what "running a tight operation" actually looks like across your district.

What You'll Own

• Full P&L accountability across 6-8 locations
• Recruiting, developing, and retaining strong General Managers and management teams
• Driving consistency in operations, guest experience, and speed of service
• Building a pipeline of future leaders from within your locations
• Hands-on problem-solving — you're in stores regularly, not just reviewing reports
