What You'll Do

As Restaurant District Manager, you will provide leadership and direction for approximately 6–7 restaurant locations, partnering closely with each General Manager to achieve operational and financial goals.

You'll be responsible for:

• Coaching, developing and motivating Restaurant General Managers
• Driving sales, profitability, guest satisfaction and operational excellence
• Building strong leadership teams and developing future talent
• Managing labor, food costs, and controllable expenses
• Maintaining high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and brand execution
• Identifying opportunities to improve performance across the district
• Successfully implementing new products, programs, and company initiatives
• Creating a culture of accountability, teamwork, and recognition
