Key Responsibilities

Direct a large front-of-house team to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.

Develop and promote internal talent.

Coordinate private parties, corporate events, and community events.

Reduce labor costs through strategic scheduling.

Partner with BOH leadership to control food costs and inventory.

Execute community promotional events to drive sales.

Utilize POS systems such as TOAST or MICROS.

Qualifications

Management experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.

Success reducing operational costs while improving service metrics.

Strong coaching and mentoring background.

Expertise in guest service, table management, and guest recovery.

Experience with restaurant technology and scheduling platforms.
