Job Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Service Manager or similar front-of-house leadership role in a full-service, moderate-to-high volume restaurant
• Proven track record of success and upward career progression in previous restaurant management roles
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate service staff
• Hospitality or business management background preferred, though not required for this Restaurant Service Manager position
• Ability to work ten-hour-plus shifts, including extended periods of standing and walking
