What You Will Take Ownership Of

• Supporting daily restaurant operations and shift execution
• Leading the team through high-volume service periods
• Training, coaching, and motivating team members
• Assisting with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and employee development
• Maintaining strong standards for service, food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Addressing guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Supporting inventory management and operational compliance
• Helping manage labor, food costs, and other restaurant expenses
• Partnering with senior leadership to drive sales and improve performance
• Identifying high-potential employees and helping them grow

What You Bring

• Three or more years of restaurant management experience
• Full-service and high-volume restaurant experience preferred
• A visible, hands-on leadership style
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
• Working knowledge of labor management, food costs, inventory, and restaurant operations
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A genuine passion for hospitality and the guest experience
• The desire and ability to advance into a General Manager role
