District Manager – QSR

Southwest Virginia | I-81 Corridor | $90,000–$95,000 + Bonus

The Opportunity

Ready to lead multiple restaurants without managing them from a spreadsheet?

We’re hiring an experienced District Manager to oversee 5–8 QSR locations throughout Southwest Virginia, including Roanoke, Christiansburg, and markets south along the I-81 corridor.

This is a field-based leadership role for a proven multi-unit operator who knows how to develop strong General Managers, improve restaurant performance, and own the numbers.

You’ll have significant responsibility across your district, but the expectation is simple: know your restaurants, know your people, and know your business.

What You’ll Do

• Lead operations and performance across 5–8 QSR locations
• Coach, develop, and hold General Managers accountable for results
• Own district-level P&L performance, including labor, food cost, sales, and profitability
• Monitor KPIs and turn performance data into clear action at the restaurant level
• Spend meaningful time in the restaurants, working directly with GMs and their teams
• Maintain strong standards for food safety, cleanliness, service, and brand execution
• Strengthen management retention and build succession plans for each location
• Identify high-potential employees and create opportunities for advancement
• Partner with GMs on staffing, hiring, performance management, and operational challenges
• Address underperforming locations with clear, measurable improvement plans
• Support local store marketing and community initiatives
• Ensure company standards and operational systems are executed consistently throughout the district

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
• Strong QSR or fast-food background within a corporate or franchise environment
• Proven experience leading multiple General Managers and restaurant locations
• Strong understanding of P&L, labor, food cost, sales, and profitability
• Demonstrated career stability and progression within restaurant operations
• Track record of developing managers and building strong leadership benches
• Ability to improve underperforming locations through coaching and operational discipline
• Strong communication, accountability, and problem-solving skills
• A hands-on, field-first leadership style
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the Southwest Virginia district

Experience with franchise operations, multi-brand organizations, or the Southwest Virginia market is a plus.

You’ll get into the restaurants, learn your GMs, understand each location’s numbers, and identify where your attention will have the greatest impact.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $90,000–$95,000
