Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Description

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be right in the middle of the action - leading shifts, developing your team, driving results, and making sure every guest leaves wanting to come back.

You’ll partner with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations while maintaining high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality. You’ll coach and develop team members, assist with hiring and training, manage labor and inventory, and help drive sales and profitability.

This is not a sit-in-the-office management position. We’re looking for a leader who is visible, engaged, and ready to jump in wherever needed.

• Minimum of 3 years of Restaurant Management experience
• Strong leadership and team-development skills
• A passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Experience managing labor, inventory, costs, and financial performance
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Positive, energetic, hands-on leadership style
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
