Assistant General Manager

Salary $60K-$65K

Opened on September 11, 2011, we exist to remind everyone what makes Our Country great. As Assistant General Manager, you will lead daily operations so every guest experiences.

Performance Objectives

• Lead the restaurant to exceed sales, guest-satisfaction, and catering-growth targets through hands-on shift leadership and Extra Mile hospitality.
• Hire, train, and coach Great People so the team delivers picture-perfect food, warm welcomes, and consistent WOW Service every shift.
• Protect food quality, recipe adherence, and kitchen sanitation so presentation is always immaculate and guests return loyal.
• Drive catering success by supporting event execution, on-time deliveries, and long-term customer relationships.
• Control labor, food cost, and inventory while keeping the restaurant safe, organized, and ready for high-volume service.
• Model and reinforce our patriotic culture of serving those who serve and giving back in the community.

Environment & Resources

You report to the General Manager and partner with kitchen, front-of-house, and catering teammates. You will use our POS, scheduling, and reporting tools, enjoy a flexible schedule that respects major holidays (we are closed), and receive ongoing training plus the authority to develop people and grow the business.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven restaurant or hospitality leadership with a track record of building teams and hitting operational goals.
• Strong character, sincere care for people, and the ability to work fast with a sense of urgency.
• Hands-on experience ensuring food quality, sanitation, and guest service in a high-volume setting.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable with reports, inventory, and administrative follow-through.
