  • Grow average check 12–15% in the first two quarters through dessert, champagne, and pairing recommendations that feel magical, never pushy.
  • Keep peak-hour table turns under 45 minutes and wait times under 10 minutes without sacrificing the leisurely, high-end café experience.
  • Cut FOH labor variance to ±2% of budget by forecasting covers from events, Disney traffic, and holiday calendars.
  • Achieve 100% on-time, photo-perfect presentation of custom cakes and pastry platters so every special-occasion table photographs like a dream.
  • Build a bench of three shift leads ready for promotion within 12 months, reducing overtime and protecting service quality during expansion.

and Pixie Glitter inventory. Locations include high-volume Disney BoardWalk and intimate Indiana cafés—expect both celebrity guests and neighborhood regulars.

Essential Qualifications

  • 3+ years managing FOH in a high-volume bakery, café, or fine-dining restaurant that sells both plated desserts and retail cakes.

  • Comfort directing 15+ staff during 200-cover nights while protecting a 4.8+ Google/TripAdvisor rating.
  • Experience coordinating timed cake presentations and special-occasion tables without kitchen delays.
  • Ability to forecast labor and inventory around holidays, weddings, and Disney park calendars.

Role Selling Points

  • Work inside a founder-led brand whose cakes appear at Disney, celebrity events, and national media.
