FOOD TRUCK RESTAURANT MANAGER

CORTLAND, NY

Potential hours/days: 4 days -12 hour shifts 

Must pass DOT physical in order to drive the truck 

Restaurant management experience required; driving experience

$50,000 - $55,000 salary, 2 weeks paid vacation, comprehensive benefits package, simple IRA, Bonus/tip sharing equates to $4k - $8k+

- Training will take place out of the Cortland location as well as shifts on the Food Truck

Food Truck Managers need to be able to drive the truck and trailer

1. Food trucks do 6 events on average a week and up to 9 events (some days there will be 2 events)
2. These take place in 8 surrounding counties of Cortland
3. Looking for people that are:

• Very personable, exceptional with their staff and providing amazing customer service
• Organized and dependable, especially when running a Food Truck event
• Experienced with food & labor costs
