Assistant Manager

Fast-Casual Restaurant | $17–$18/hour + Tips + Benefits

We are searching for a people-first Assistant Manager to help lead a high-volume, nationally recognized sandwich concept.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys coaching others, creating a strong team environment, and helping drive great results every shift.

What You’ll Do

• Support, coach, and develop Team Members
• Help create a positive, high-energy workplace culture
• Set clear expectations and reinforce accountability
• Elevate service, speed, quality, and overall performance
• Support scheduling, inventory, food cost, and daily operations
• Help identify and develop future leaders
• Build relationships with guests and engage with the local community
• Lead from the floor and set the standard every shift

What We’re Looking For

• Team leadership or restaurant experience
• A natural coach and mentor
• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
• Ability to motivate and build strong teams
• Dependable, energetic, and hands-on
• Guest-focused and community-minded
• Someone ready to grow into greater leadership responsibility
