We're searching for a passionate, hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead a popular, fast-paced pizza concept in Indianapolis, IN.

We're looking for a General Manager who takes ownership, leads by example, and knows how to turn a good restaurant into a GREAT one!

Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Develop: Recruit, hire, train, and motivate a high-performing team while creating a positive and engaging workplace.
• Drive Profitability: Manage sales, food and labor costs, inventory, and financial performance to achieve business goals.
• Own the Operations: Ensure exceptional food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and operational consistency.
• Create Great Guest Experiences: Build customer loyalty through outstanding hospitality and consistent execution.
• Grow the Business: Identify opportunities to increase sales, strengthen community relationships, and attract new guests.
• Build a Winning Culture: Lead from the front, hold your team accountable, recognize achievements, and make work enjoyable!

Qualifications

• Previous Restaurant General Manager experience in pizza, quick-service, or fast-casual dining.
• Proven success leading teams and driving restaurant performance.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, food and labor costs, and inventory controls.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality and team development.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
