Restaurant General Manager Job Description – St. Petersburg, FL

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 annually

We are seeking a results-driven, hospitality-focused General Manager to lead our St. Petersburg, FL restaurant operations. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, building a high-performing team, and driving financial success while ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience in hospitality, food service, or retail
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Experience with P&L, budgeting, and financial performance management
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work full-time, including weekends
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
