Key Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations and overall performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and employee performance management.
• Monitor labor costs, inventory, and operational expenses to help achieve financial goals.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company operating standards.
• Help foster a positive team culture built on accountability, teamwork, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience in a similar role is required.
• Previous experience in upscale casual dining is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and operational controls.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
