What You'll Do

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a strong, motivated team.
• Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and operational performance.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in full-service casual dining.
