A high volume, family owned and operated steakhouse is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join its leadership team. The ideal candidate has experience in fast paced, high volume, full service restaurants and a passion for hospitality, team development, and exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience

• Ensure exceptional guest service throughout the dining room and bar.
• Build guest relationships and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and service.

Team Leadership

• Support recruiting, training, scheduling, and employee development.
• Coach and motivate team members to maintain service standards.
• Lead pre shift meetings and communicate daily goals.
• Foster a positive, team oriented work environment.

Restaurant Operations

• Assist with daily FOH and BOH operations.
• Monitor inventory, labor, and food and beverage costs.
• Support P&L reviews and operational performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Partner with the General Manager and ownership on budgets, marketing, and business initiatives.
