What You’ll Do

• Lead Operations: Maintain all daily restaurant operations with a positive attitude and exceptional leadership.
• Build the Team: Interview, hire, train, and coach hourly staff, providing verbal and written counseling as necessary.
• Manage Inventory: Oversee product ordering and inventory management using your strong tech and computer literacy.
• Ensure Compliance: Hold the team accountable to all company policies as well as state health and safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years of high-volume restaurant front of house management experience.
• Culinary Background: Proven back-of-house (BOH) experience to successfully oversee food quality, line speed, and kitchen staff.
• Credentials: Food Handlers Certification and Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Mindset: A guest-oriented philosophy rooted in honesty, integrity, and a passion for mentoring people.
• Results: A proven track record of achieving financial results and building top-line sales.
