Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

Location: Monroe, Louisiana

Salary: $50,000 to $60,000

A boutique, full-service hotel with a signature restaurant and an active events business.

The Role

Lead the housekeeping department, holding guest rooms and public spaces to brand and boutique standards, and building a team that is treated fairly, trained well, and proud of its work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train, and develop the housekeeping and laundry teams
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards for guest rooms and public areas through regular inspections
• Manage labor, supplies, linen, and departmental budget
• Partner with Front Office and Engineering on room readiness and preventive maintenance
• Uphold brand standards, safety, and chemical-handling compliance

Qualifications

• Prior Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper experience in a full-service or upscale hotel
• Major full-service brand experience preferred
• Fair, respectful, and consistent people leader
