Job Description: The General Manager oversees the day-to-day operations including recruiting, developing, managing staff, and creating a balance of an enjoyable and professional work atmosphere. The General Manager will be able to complete and transcend performance goals by managing food and labor costs, while ensuring the safety and health standards set forth by policy and procedural guidelines. A Professional General Manager will have strong analytical skills along with effective people skills and the capability to combine the two areas to create a highly effective, goal oriented, eager and dedicated staff working towards common goals.
