About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Quick Serve General Manager to join our team in Charleston, SC. As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and quality food. Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations and maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness in the Charleston, SC location.
Manage and motivate a team of employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.
Oversee inventory management, ordering, and ensuring food safety regulations are consistently followed.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in quick service or fast casual dining.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to quality.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
Prior experience with budget management, P&L responsibilities, and financial reporting.
Passion for the food service industry and a desire to grow within a successful organization.
