Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring growth and development through coaching and mentorship. You will recruit, hire, train, and motivate team members, creating a strong culture of excellence and hospitality.
Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, food quality, and guest satisfaction. Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including scheduling, inventory, and financial performance.
Guest Relations: Be the face of the restaurant, engaging with guests, resolving any concerns, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a positive, memorable experience.
Compliance & Safety: Uphold the highest standards for food safety, cleanliness, and safety protocols. Ensure that the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Community Engagement: Build relationships within the Myrtle Beach, SC community and create strong local partnerships. Represent the restaurant at community events and promote the brand within the area.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a general management role in the hospitality industry, ideally in a casual dining setting.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving employee development.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, cost control, and revenue generation.
Excellent communication skills, both with staff and guests.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick, effective decisions.
