Job Summary:
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality service, and maintain a fun and safe work environment in our Greenville, SC, location. Your leadership will be essential in upholding our restaurant’s standards while making every guest feel like part of the family.

Responsibilities:

Support the General Manager with all operational aspects of the restaurant
Supervise front- and back-of-house team members, ensuring excellent service and teamwork
Manage staff scheduling, training, and development
Assist with inventory, ordering supplies, and cost control
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a can-do attitude
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health regulations

Qualifications:

2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
