We’re a lively, casual restaurant located in the heart of Charleston, SC, and we’re looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead our front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day operations of the restaurant with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and team performance
Support hiring, training, and development of FOH and BOH staff
Ensure operational excellence through shift management, service execution, and food safety
Collaborate with the General Manager on scheduling, inventory, and financial performance
Foster a positive, respectful work environment and lead by example
Maintain brand standards and help create memorable brunch experiences for locals and visitors alike in Charleston, SC

Qualifications:

3+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
A hands-on, solutions-oriented approach to management
Passion for hospitality and a commitment to team development
Flexible availability (must be available on weekends and holidays), but never for evening or late-night shifts
Must love the charm and pace of working in Charleston, SC
