We are seeking an experienced and dedicated General Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of daily operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all restaurant operations, including front and back of house
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure high performance and a team-oriented culture
- Monitor food quality, customer service, and cleanliness to uphold the restaurant’s standards
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasting, inventory, and cost control measures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and the local Thomasville, GA community

Qualifications:
