Position Summary:
The Chef de Cuisine will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, team management, food quality, and cost control. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team to consistently deliver high-quality, beautifully presented dishes
  • Design and execute seasonal menus that reflect innovation, sustainability, and the culinary richness of Greenville, SC
  • Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization
  • Collaborate with local purveyors and farmers to source the freshest ingredients and support the Greenville, SC community

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional culinary skills with a strong foundation in contemporary American and global cuisine
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control
  • Passion for sustainability and local sourcing, particularly within the Greenville, SC region
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
