Now Hiring: Assistant General Manager (AGM) – High-Volume Restaurant – Warner Robins, GA

Base Salary: $65,000–$70,000 + Strong Bonus Program + Full Benefits

We’re a fast-growing restaurant group seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our leadership team in Warner Robins, Georgia. As AGM, you’ll play a critical leadership role in our Warner Robins, GA location. You’ll work directly with the General Manager to drive performance, train and develop team members, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment. We're looking for professionals who lead from the front, thrive under pressure, and understand what it takes to succeed in a hands-on kitchen that doesn’t cut corners.

What You’ll Do:

Support all facets of daily operations in a high-volume, scratch kitchen
Lead and develop FOH and BOH teams to deliver top-tier guest service
Maintain operational excellence through attention to detail and accountability
Assist with scheduling, inventory, financials, and compliance
Work closely with the GM to uphold brand standards and company values
