We’re looking for a Kitchen Manager who leads from the front, coaches their team daily, and keeps operations running smoothly every shift in Smyrna, GA.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and develop BOH team members and supervisors
Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and waste control
Drive kitchen systems, prep execution, and ticket times
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are always met
Partner with FOH leadership to deliver a great guest experience
Maintain staffing levels and build a strong bench
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of salaried kitchen management experience
High-volume, scratch kitchen background preferred
Strong understanding of COGS, labor, and scheduling
ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
Positive leadership style with accountability and urgency
Compensation & Benefits:
$65,000 – $75,000 base salary
