Restaurant Manager – Columbia, SC
We’re looking for a strong, service-driven Restaurant Manager in Columbia, SC to join a high-volume, full-service steakhouse concept known for consistency, team culture, and operational excellence in Columbia, SC.
This is a hands-on leadership role in Columbia, SC for someone who thrives in a busy dining room, understands how to lead both FOH and BOH teams, and knows how to drive results while protecting the guest experience. What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume environment
- Coach and develop hourly team members and shift leaders

Compensation & Benefits:
