We are seeking an experienced, high-energy General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant in Charleston, SC. This is a strong leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on building teams, driving sales, and owning the full P&L in a fast-paced environment.

As the General Manager in Charleston, SC, you will be responsible for overall operations, team development, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and creating a culture that people want to be part of. Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant

• Scratch kitchen experience is required

• Full P&L ownership experience

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• Track record of driving sales and operational excellence

Compensation & Benefits:

• $80,000 – $90,000 base salary

• Performance-based bonus
