Title of Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant Manager will work directly under the General Manager to assist in overseeing all store operations including the FOH, BOH and all administrative and financial duties. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for assisting in overseeing all operations from service excellence to delivering delicious dishes. The Restaurant Manager must be able to build a strong team through solid hands-on guidance in addition to building profit through advertising, marketing, and exceptional customer service. This person must have some understanding of P&L management as well as the ability to analyze financial documents. The Restaurant Manager will be expected to always act as a positive role model.

Requirements:
  • Proven Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Restaurant Manager or above in the Restaurant Industry, overseeing daily operations and team performance.
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Ability to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Financial Understanding: Experience with budgeting, inventory tracking, and financial reporting to support the General Manager in achieving operational goals.
  • Team-Oriented Leadership: Skilled in hiring, training, and motivating staff to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment.
