We currently operate a strong portfolio of 10 successful hotels across the Greater Toronto Area, and we continue to expand. We are looking for an exceptional Front Office Manager to lead our beautiful dual-brand Hilton property in North Toronto, which features over 200 suites.
We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic leader who thrives in guest service, team leadership, and operational excellence. As the Front Office Manager, you will serve as the face of our hotel, guiding the front desk team to deliver memorable stays for every guest. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Front Desk: Direct, train, and motivate the front office staff to ensure high standards of guest service and operational efficiency.
- Drive Guest Satisfaction: Engage with guests daily, handle feedback promptly, and find creative ways to elevate the guest experience.
- Manage Operations: Oversee daily front office tasks, including check-in/check-out procedures, room inventory, and billing accuracy.
- Develop Your Team: Conduct performance reviews, manage scheduling, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment where team members feel supported.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and sales departments to ensure a seamless hotel operation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a hotel front office setting.
- Prior experience working with Hilton brands and property management systems is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and remain calm under pressure.
