What You'll Do

Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on service excellence.
Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing management and hourly team.
Drive sales growth while managing labor, food, beverage, and operating costs.
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and resolve issues with professionalism.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality.
Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

5+ years of General Manager experience in an upscale or fine dining environment.
Extensive knowledge of wine programs, varietals, pairings, and wine service.
Strong understanding of craft cocktail programs, spirits, and beverage management.
Proven success managing high-volume restaurant operations and financial performance.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and P&L management.
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
