General Manager – Columbia, SC | $55,000–$60,000 + Bonus Potential
Ready to lead an exciting new restaurant opening in Columbia, SC? We're looking for an energetic, people-focused General Manager to launch a fast-growing concept that's making its debut in Columbia, SC. This is an incredible opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a company with plans to open multiple locations throughout Columbia, SC over the coming years.

What You'll Do
- Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations
- Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Create schedules and ensure proper staffing levels
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food costs
- Oversee P&L performance, budgeting, and forecasting
- Drive local store marketing and community outreach events
- Build strong relationships with guests and create an outstanding customer experience
- Delegate effectively while maintaining accountability throughout the team
- Support both front and back of house operations
- Manage third-party delivery platforms and operational technology
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership with a positive, motivating personality
- Experience with scheduling, inventory, and team development
- Solid financial acumen including P&L management and cost controls
- Experience with local store marketing and community engagement
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Collaborative leadership style with a team-first mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- $55,000–$60,000 base salary
