Job Description

The Executive Chef will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations while building a culture centered around quality, consistency, teamwork, and accountability. 

Responsibilities include:

Leading, coaching, and developing the culinary team
Maintaining exceptional food quality, presentation, and recipe execution
Managing food and labor costs to achieve financial goals
Overseeing inventory, ordering, preparation, and kitchen organization
Ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
Creating a clean, safe, efficient, and positive working environment
