Maureen Gould, or Mo as many know her, has spent the last 25+ years in hospitality, with extensive operations and sales experience, as both an individual contributor and leader. Leveraging innovation, tenacity & grit, she led a pilot business development team to exceed goals by more than 200% in their first full quarter, cementing their place within the sales organization. Her passion for people coupled with her sales savvy, collaborative nature, and sense of humor, enables her to forge lasting partnerships. As a lifelong learner, Mo is constantly looking to level up using challenges as opportunities for growth and success.
Originally from Massachusetts and a lover of all things Boston/New England sports, Mo lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband. She serves on the board of the North Carolina Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and is the Chairperson for the Charlotte-Metro Out of the Darkness Walk.
