As an experienced and dedicated Hospitality professional, Phil has over 25 years of experience managing several full-service hotel properties and is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) via the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute. Phil began his hospitality career as a Group Sales Manager applying his years of training and experience learned from his time in Automotive Sales Management. He has worked his way through Sales and into Operations providing experience from two of the mail pillars of hospitality.
As a General Manager, Phil was an integral part of turning around two underperforming properties to receiving multiple awards from local and nationally recognized organizations. He did this by building high performing teams through thoughtful employee recruitment and retention, dedicated asset management and fiduciary expertise through P&L analysis and management.
Phil has his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University Northern Colorado and enjoys spending time with his wife of 26 years exploring their new home and surroundings in Henderson, NV.
