How the Selection Process Worked
Forbes worked with the analytics firm Statista to poll 5,000 candidates and human resource professionals, as well as 25,000 external recruiters with the goal of gauging their opinions of the top talent firms in the United States. Of the 17,000 nominations, 250 recruiting firms were selected with the highest rankings. Gecko Hospitality is both pleased and honored to receive this award.
The polling process looked at the quality and choice of positions offered, the quality of process and how well each company communicated with both clients and candidates. The survey also asked about company culture and the price/performance ratio for the services offered.
Gecko Hospitality scored well in all categories.
