About the Role:

 As a Managing Partner in our Charlotte, NC location, you will spearhead all aspects of restaurant operations. From leading a high-performing team to ensuring an exceptional guest experience, you will drive the success of the business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the consistent delivery of outstanding food and service.
  • Lead and inspire the management team by setting schedules, assigning responsibilities, and promoting accountability.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, P&L statements, and inventory control.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire top talent while fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and training standards.
  • Develop and implement local store marketing (LSM) initiatives to engage the community and drive sales.
  • Cultivate a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for both staff and guests.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for vendors and corporate support teams.
  • Attend regional meetings and provide detailed performance updates for your location.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience as a General Manager, Managing Partner, or Multi-Unit Manager in a full-service restaurant setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional leadership and delegation skills, capable of managing a team of 100+ staff members.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the resilience to thrive under pressure.
  • Financial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent communication and servant leadership qualities.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for operational excellence.
