Restaurant Manager
Location: Bronx, NY

A fast-casual bakery-café in the Bronx, NY is seeking a skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational and customer service skills, capable of managing staff, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Recruit, train, and mentor team members to ensure high performance and adherence to service standards.
Oversee scheduling, labor management, and workflow to maintain efficient operations.
Monitor food quality, presentation, safety, and sanitation to meet health and company standards.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relations to maintain stock levels and control costs.
Track financial performance, including labor and food costs, and implement strategies to achieve profitability goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety regulations.
Support promotions, community initiatives, and special events to drive traffic and sales.

Qualifications:

2–4 years of restaurant management experience in fast-casual or quick-service environments.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate staff.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, labor planning, and inventory management.
Ability to handle customer issues effectively and maintain high service standards.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
